DSVC engages following personnel during the ERP implementation cycle
Manages the project with the customer project manager.
Facilitates hand-over from sales, communication with customer throughout the implementation, manages customer engagement and customer relation.
Analyses business processes, describes requirements, facilitates gap/fit analysis, designs modifications, tests modifications, configures the system, and performs training.
Evaluates requirements and participates in design of modification, develops and unit tests modifications.
Analyses existing infrastructure, estimates required infrastructure, sets up environments (test, live, etc). Installs software, optimizes performance, perform upgrades.
DSVC suggests customers to engage following personnel during the ERP implementation cycle
Business Decision Maker
Makes business critical decisions related to implementation project, controls budget, reviews proposed Solutions and estimates, delegates authority to project manager and/or IT manager.
Drive customer activities for the project.
Provides information on existing infrastructure and participates in planning future infrastructure. Functions as primary contact at customer site.
Domain and processes experts, has critical knowledge of specific business function, describes processes, helps configure and test the system.
Supports the System Test and uses the System once implemented. Provides feedback to be used as a basis for optimization.
